Camille Essentials does not provide free returns. All return-related shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:

The item must be returned with all original components, accessories, and packaging as received

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition

Any damage caused by improper handling will result in refusal of the return

Items that are hygiene-sensitive must be returned clean and unused

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
Once your return shipment arrives, it will be reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, the return will be confirmed and processed accordingly.
Camille Essentials reserves the right to reject any return if the product shows signs of use, wear, or damage beyond our responsibility.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@camilleessentials.com and include the following information:

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send returns without prior approval, and do not return items to the sender address listed on the package.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
When can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour after placement by contacting our customer support team.
After this time frame, cancellation is no longer possible because orders are processed automatically and prepared for shipment immediately.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the date you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.
Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders cannot be stopped once processing has begun. As a result, refunds cannot be issued before delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Camille Essentials via email with a clear statement of your intent to withdraw. The withdrawal is considered complete once the returned goods are received by us.
Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer.
If your order has already been shipped, please wait until delivery is completed and then follow the return process outlined above. You may notify us of your intent to return in advance if desired.
To ensure faster processing, we recommend sending us the return shipping confirmation once your package has been dispatched.
International Shipping & Transit Times
Please note that orders shipped from international fulfillment centers may experience longer transit times, particularly for shipments originating from Asia.
Customs & Import Fees
Returned items may be subject to customs inspections. Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable and will not be covered by Camille Essentials.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.
Refunds After Withdrawal
Once your return is approved, we will refund the purchase amount excluding original shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive confirmation of your withdrawal and the returned goods.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No additional refund fees will be charged.
Return Destination
All returns are shipped to our central warehouse in Asia and must be sent at the customer’s expense.
