Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor delivery progress.

If the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered completed and responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  • Double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation

  • Ask neighbors, household members, or building management

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for further delivery details

Although Camille Essentials is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we are happy to assist by providing tracking information and supporting carrier investigations where possible.
